I ordered a Bismarkia palm in June. It arrived with one small frond which took 2 months to finally die. I then called to return the plant but they said that I needed an order form that they sent me by email". I never got an email and they would not send another email/.

I sent an order form, that is how I got the plant but they said they emailed a confirmation and the order number was on the shipping label?. Without the shipping label they wont replace the plant'. I had the order form, I sent the plant back and they know that I ordered it,.

Long story short, dont buy from here:. They dont stand behind their product!. If they did they would replace it but they wont:.
