I ordered two
bamboo plants from TyTy and they basically arrived dead. I called immediately and they said give it some time, it's bamboo, it will be fine. It's been about four months now and they are not fine, but still dead. For the record, I bought 8 other bamboo plants from two other nurseries and they all looked healthy when they arrived and even more beautiful now". I disputed the credit card charge of $79/.20, but they are hiding behind their ridiculous return policy?. For instance, in order to take a chance again on reciving maybe live replacement bamboos, I have to pay them another $20, plus I have to return the
dead plants by UPS only, between 11/15/11 and 12/15/11'. Do I want to take a chance and spend another $30 and hours of my time filling out forms which by the way can only be filed during 9/1/11 to 10/15/11 on plant replacement.. I'm guessing I will have to make followup calls when the new plants either don't arrive or again arrive dead,. I think I'll cut my loses and just forget about the $79;.20 that they gained at my expense.. If anyone is interested in a
class action lawsuit against Ty Ty, please include me. 1281209
