Our company ordered a 6-7 ft Mimosa tree because nurseries in North Carolina do not grow them. I was told on the phone by the TyTy represenative that we would be getting a nicely developed full B&B Mimosa. Upon it's arrival from UPS we recieved a six foot stick with no branches and a half way poorly wrapped root system". (barely any roots to speak of)/. Upon its arrival I called the nursery and expressed my concerns on the quality of the product, they had no comment and HUNG UP ON ME?. Talk about customer service or the lack there of!!! Also, it took over 4 months to get the tree'.
