I have followed the refund procedures which are arcane, complex and expensive?. I have now read many other reviews in this column also complaining about this company and believe there is a common thread!. Please urge your readers not only not to use this company but to make their friends aware of the problems they will incur!. It is unfortunate that in the world of gardening such people exist!.
