We recently placed a good sized order for bamboo plants only to not have the order arrive in a timely manner. After numerous calls to the nursery, all resulting in no resoultion, the next step was to write a letter to Ty Ty indicating that letters to the Connecticut and Georgia Attorney General were being drafted.

The immediate response was a phonne call indicating that our plants were on their way. The plants did arrive but the amount of roots on each place didn't give any of the plants a chnace at surviving.

If you look at their web site, they promote giant Japanese Timber Bamboo suitable for Connecticut. Every other seller of this bamboo indicates zone 7 for the plant - zone 7 does not exist in Connecticut. 1281731
