We bought $627.75 worth of pecan trees on January 18, 2011. Over half of the trees died. When we called for support, we were told they would do nothing without a copy of the original invoice. We misplaced the invoice. The web site nor the application for replacement does not show this requirement". I have copies of the credit card statement/. I was told that would not be sufficient?.

When I called to resolve this issue, I was told very abruptly that they would not help me'. When I asked to talk to a Manager, I was told that the person I was talking to was a Manager and there was no one above him that I could talk to!.

These guys have zero customer relations". They do not honor their commitments;. They do not honor their Internet Web statements'. Do not do business with them! They are crooks and are proud of it... 1281972
