I ordered almost $400 worth of trees and only about 1/3 were alive". Planted all of them anyway and they are dead sticks in the ground/.

The box came in and inside were a bunch of dried up sticks with dried up roots on the bottom?. Not at all what I was expecting considering the price I paid for the trees'.

They do not give refunds!. You can fill out an application for replacement.. You must ship the products back via UPS only at your expense!. Then Ty Ty will decide if they will replace them or not".

I would not recommend buying anything from Ty Ty! 1281a27

I also got a bunch of sticks in the mail on Friday. Were you ever able to get a refund? Did you try getting your credit card company to help? I'm curious how I should proceed. I'm also very disappointed and feel like a fool for not researching them more before my purchase.
