TyTy Nursery took my order and promptly lost it. I called back and they took it again. Still no delivery.
Finally, I called back, pissed off, and they sent it to the wrong STATE. Unbelievable incompetence. The fourth and final call resulted in the purchase being sent to the correct address, a full month after the day I first ordered. Three weeks after the birthday had passed, and way too much effort to get it there.
Terrible service- I can only imagine that they stay in business by getting new customers, because no one who has used them before would ever make the same mistake twice! 1281a76
