I bought a palm tree from the nursery at ty ty that was supposed to be 7 ft tall. I called and talked to a rep about what i wanted and he said the tree would be about 2-3 foot in diameter trunk. When i got it it was a tiny houseplant type thing. I think it was so skinny it was shipped without a packing slip in a golf club box! I talked to them several times and sent the "bush" back and have yet to recieve a credit to my account several months later! Very poor customer service 1281da2
