I ordered a few trees from Ty Ty Nursery. The Magnolia tree was broke in half and the Sugar Maple was beyond dead.
Roots were dry and broke off when touched. I called the nursery because of the plant guarantee and they said I need to contact UPS over the shipment. What?? I got no where!!
The man was rude on the phone! He told me I need to plant the dead tree and then contact them again just before the year was up to get a new tree. Magnolia tree? Well that was UPS fault and they weren't going to replace it.
I will never purchase from them again!
The 2 cherry trees we did plant are actively dying. Don't waste your money!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Failure to honor warranty or special offer.
