After TYTY failed to honor a gift certificate, I placed many calls to get them to rectify the situation. My calls, when physically answered (some were ignored), were met with indifference on the part of the customer representative.

This company offers very poor customer service; in fact, one could argue that their point is customer disservice after the sale.

It's sad that a bunch with such a creative website operates with a philosophy of screwing the customer. What's sadder is I dunno if their bad faith will ever catch up with them. My advice is to let the buyer beware.
