I ordered grape vines from TY TY Nursery.As soon as it quit raining I went to plant the vines and found one was missing.
I planted the other vines and called TY TY to get the one that was missing shipped. TY TY customer service told me I would need to take pictures of the vines I did get to verify for them what I did receive. I refused, telling the rep that sending pictures of what I did receive could not verify what I didn't get, I could just take pictures of what I wanted and prove nothing.
He insisted refusing to do anything else.I'm done with them, all it cost was ordering another vine from someone else.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Week customer service, You can not take pictures to verify something you did not get.
