Telephoned their sister company with identical webpage.Sales rep seemed in a hurry, told to call back after 4pm.

Called at 4:30, needed questions answered. Complained I talked too much. Get to the order! Hung up on me.

Forget it. How rude can a company be!

I emailed TYTY a while back about plants, they told me they do not replace plants, even if it arrives dead, so I never ordered from them.
